Airport Information Desk and Facilities
Information and Help Desk Information desks are available on both the Arrivals and Departures level. There are also courtesy telephones situated throughout the airport.
Airport Facilities Money and phone: Montréal-Trudeau Airport offers ATMs and bureaux de change throughout the terminal. Internet access facilities are available through public kiosks located in the terminal building. Eating and drinking: There are a wide variety of bars, restaurants and cafés located in the Departures level and the Aeroquay and jetty. Shopping: Duty-free and various other shops are to be found on the Departures level and the Aeroquay and jetty. Luggage: A left-luggage facility is available in the Arrivals halls. Right next to it, there is also a lost and found office (tel: 514 636 0499).
Other facilities: There is an airport chapel available on the Departures level.
Conference and Business Facilities The airport doesn't have any conference facilities, although there are VIP lounges that are equipped with fax machines and computer terminals. The Montréal Airport Hilton Hotel (tel: 514 631 2411) has a fully equipped business centre, offering conferencing facilities for up to 600 delegates.
Disabled Facilities Parking for disabled passengers is accessible in the short-term parking lots. Disabled drivers are eligible for long-term parking rates. For further information, contact the Parking Coordinator (tel: 514 633 3016). There are elevators connecting all levels of the airport and text telephones are to be found throughout the terminal. Wheelchairs are also available. It is advisable that passengers contact their airline in advance.
